Standard prices (we offer FREE delivery campaigns) start at just £4.99 for a standard 2-3 day service up to a maximum of £6.99 for an order of any weight or size. Order before 5pm for a next day service from just £8.99.
Please note: Deliveries may be made up to 9pm during peak times (Christmas).
Saturday pre-noon delivery carries a surcharge of £5.49.
Alternatively, choose an exact delivery date of up to 90 days in the future. Please be aware our couriers may attempt delivery a day early during Christmas time.
If item/s are out of stock, or more is ordered than we currently hold, then a date will be shown in the basket when we expect to receive more stocks to fulfil your order.
For deliveries to some areas of the UK such as Scotland, Northern Ireland, the off-shore Islands, Isle of Man etc we offer a 2-3 day delivery service. Isles of Scilly can take up to 4 days.
If you/chosen recipient, is not at home to accept delivery, our couriers will try and leave the order with your neighbour/s. UK orders are not left unless the carrier can obtain a signature or, where we are given specific delivery instructions at the time of order to include leave in the porch/behind garage, in wheelie bin etc. This is at your own risk. This information may be given during our checkout section by filling in the 'courier instructions' field, and your instructions will be carried out automatically.
Supply us the recipient's telephone number for both UK and European deliveries. This is an optional field for inputting during our checkout section for use in case the recipient or associate is not in to sign for the goods, or in the case of remote and hard to find addresses such as office suites and properties off the beaten track etc. Check the recipient's postcode is correct. Input your telephone number during our checkout section as the sender of goods to assist us in informing you at the earliest possible time of an unforeseen problem, such as a breakage or an address not found.
Should the goods ordered be returned to us because the couriers have failed to deliver despite all attempts including any new address given, telephone number given for the recipient and any other helpful information, we will either give you a credit, less the orders delivery charge or re-despatch on your instruction where the same delivery cost will be charged against your account.
On the rare occasions a breakage occurs or goods are faulty, we will happily offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the items in question. We must be notified of such within three working days and the goods returned within a further seven days and are further happy to have these goods collected by our couriers at no extra cost to yourself. We may require further information from you regarding where the goods may be collected from, if different from the original delivery address and may be picked up from a particular, agreed place. European deliveries take 2-3 days from date of order when being sent to cities and major towns. For all other areas of the country chosen, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Deliveries will be made between Monday and Friday and in the hours between 0900 and 1700.
Two attempts will be made to deliver before the goods are returned to us.

Deliveries take between 5 and 12 days, depending upon the distances involved. Telephone numbers MUST be given for the recipient. You are responsible for any customs clearance and tax issues. You may be requested to pay by Bank Transfer not credit or debit card. NB You are responsible to ensure alcohol deliveries are permissible in the destination country/state. We cannot be held responsible should customs clearance refuse entry of your delivery. The recipient may be liable to pay local state taxes and duties upon arrival in the destination country. Any additional charges are the recipients responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Deliveries to the USA are subject to a maximum of 12 bottles per order.
