It now boasts the title of New Zealand's most exported wine. This full bodied sparkling rose sparkling wine gives off a toasty aroma with a taste that is smooth a full-bodied on the palate that leaves a clean and fruity finish. The cool latitudes of New Zealand`s wine producing regions provides grapes ideally suited to the production of fine sparkling wines. The classic Champagne blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay has been adopted for much of the country's sparkling wine, which are aged on the yeast lees and in bottle to add richness and complexity.
